📚 Return & Exchange Policy

At BooksBlush, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect books with a clear and straightforward return and exchange process.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

• The books delivered are damaged (as defined below), or

• You received the wrong books or some items are missing from your order.

📌 Important:
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible. After 72 hours, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.

📦 What Damages Are Covered

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following issues:

• Severely Damaged Spine: Pages coming apart due to spine damage.

• In-Transit Damage: Only major damages qualify (e.g., crushed book). Minor dents, corner bends, or surface scratches are not eligible.

• Misprinted Pages: More than 2 misprinted pages.

• Torn Pages: More than 2 torn pages.

• Missing Pages: More than 2 pages missing.

• Unreadable Pages: Due to smudges or printing issues affecting more than 2 pages.

We only issue refunds for books with misprints, missing pages, or any other issue that makes the book unreadable. Refunds are not provided for minor issues such as dents, pixelated covers, or similar concerns, as these are common in printed books clearly stated in our product listings.

📘 Wrong or Missing Books?

If you received the wrong book(s) or your order is incomplete, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

💰 Partial Refund Option

If your books don’t meet the return criteria above but you still wish to request a refund:

• You will be refunded 60% of the total amount.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

• Pick-up delivery charges will also be paid by the customer, as the complaint does not fully meet our return criteria.

This policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for both sides.

• Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

• Attach clear photos showing the damage or incorrect books.

• Wait for our response – If approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Minor damages like small bends or cover scratches.

• Corner dents or similar marks that may occur during delivery.

• Items not purchased directly from BooksBlush.

• Books not meeting the criteria above (unless a partial refund is agreed).

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

• You will be notified via email.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
