  • You received the wrong books or some items are missing from your order.

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following issues:

  • Severely Damaged Spine: Pages coming apart due to spine damage.

  • In-Transit Damage: Only major damages qualify (e.g., crushed book). Minor dents, corner bends, or surface scratches are not eligible.

  • Misprinted Pages: More than 2 misprinted pages.

  • Torn Pages: More than 2 torn pages.

  • Missing Pages: More than 2 pages missing.

  • Unreadable Pages: Due to smudges or printing issues affecting more than 2 pages.

We only issue refunds for books with misprints, missing pages, or any other issue that makes the book unreadable. Refunds are not provided for minor issues such as dents, pixelated covers, or similar concerns, as these are common in printed books clearly stated in our product listings.

If you received the wrong book(s) or your order is incomplete, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

  • You will be refunded 60% of the total amount.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

  • Pick-up delivery charges will also be paid by the customer, as the complaint does not fully meet our return criteria.
