✅ When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
You may request a return or exchange only if:

You received books with significant damage (as outlined below), or

You received the wrong book(s), or your order is missing items.
📌 Please Note:
You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible. Requests made after 72 hours will not be accepted.
📦 What Kind of Damage Is Covered?
We only process returns or exchanges for:

Severely damaged spines causing pages to detach.

Major shipping damage While we ensure that every order is packed with care, we are not responsible for any damage caused during the delivery process.

Printing Issues: More than 2 pages with misprints, smudged ink, or unreadable content.

Torn or Missing Pages: More than 2 pages affected.
📘 Wrong or Missing Items?
If you received incorrect books or parts of your order are missing, you are entitled to a return or exchange.
💰 Partial Refund Policy
If your case doesn’t meet the return criteria but you still want a refund:

You’ll receive a 60% refund of the total amount.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs must be covered by you.

If a pick-up is required, the cost will also be paid by the customer.
